1. The service

InstantLogo generates logo drafts using artificial intelligence technologies, including AI image generation services, based on the information provided by the user. One logo, in all standard formats, is delivered free of charge by email. The service does not require registration but does require phone number and email verification.

2. Usage limit and paid upgrade

The free service allows generating only one logo per verified phone number, delivered by email. Attempts to circumvent this limit (e.g. multiple disposable numbers or disposable email addresses) may result in the service being blocked.

The remaining logo variants generated for the same request can optionally be purchased for a one-time fee of €20, paid securely via Stripe. This offer is available for 7 days from the delivery of the free logo; after this period the generated files are permanently deleted and the offer expires. Payment confirmation and delivery of the additional files, together with an invoice, happen automatically after a successful payment.

3. Nature of the generated content

Logos are automatically generated by an artificial intelligence model and are provided "as is", with no guarantee of absolute originality, trademark availability, or fitness for specific commercial uses. It is the user's responsibility to verify, before any commercial use or trademark registration, that the logo does not infringe existing third-party rights (trademarks, logos, copyrighted works).

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InstantLogo is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the generated logos or from temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or malfunctions of third-party service providers.

5. Links and commercial partnerships

The site displays advertising banners for mailprofessionale.com, an independent partner service. Clicking these banners incurs no cost to the user and is clearly marked as advertising content.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
